An accomplished advisor and senior executive, Oliver Prince Jr. has a strong record of success in designing and building effective organizations, developing superior talent and leading transformational change. Prince maintains a robust executive coaching and career counseling practice. His international work with senior and "C" level executives spans many industry verticals including, financial services, information technology, telecommunications, healthcare and hospitality. He is also a partner in a business consultancy, which offers an array of services that are designed to enable boards and executives to foster strategic alignment, lead change and mitigate operational risk.
Prince has leveraged his corporate leadership roles and his educational background in law and finance into an array of rich and diverse business experiences. His competencies include: leadership and organizational development, strategy development, acquisitions and divestitures, board relations and corporate governance. He has spoken extensively on change leadership and human capital issues. Prince has a commitment to education and public service. His civic affiliations have included board leadership roles in a number of social service and educational organizations.
Currently Prince serves as board Chair for Asheville School, one of the nation’s leading prep schools. On a national level he is an active voice in the Independent Schools Chairpersons Association (ISCA). Formerly, he served as Treasurer of the board of the Black Ensemble Theater Company in Chicago -- a not-for‐profit organization that provides theater arts education programs through the Chicago Public Schools.
